Text roles
==========

Text roles can be used :strong:`before the text`, or `right behind the
text`:strong:.

If no explicit `role` is given, the default role is used.

Roles may only contain :abc.123-xyz_:`very few` `special chars`:abc.123-xyz_:.

This :foo bar:`paragraph` does not :contain: text roles.
